Following on the heels of the 2023 Pipe of the year celebrating the NWMP/RCMP, this year we honour another signifcant Canadian milestone - the 100th Anniversary of the Royal Canadian Airforce (RCAF).
The 2024 pipe’s round bowl shape draws inspiration from the RCAF Roundel, while the unique diamond shank echoes the RCAF sidecap. The tapered cuff represents the sleek nose of the CF-100 “Canuck”, one of the RCAF’s most iconic aircraft, a jet fighter manufactured entirely in Canada.
Accompanying this special pipe is a hand-crafted scale model of the CF-100 Canuck pewter tamper and a 2024 two-dollar coin released by the Canadian Mint in celebration of the anniversary.
